and graduated from the Business School at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison in 2001 with a Business and Marketing Degree.
*Sara Baumgartner has more than 15 years selling residential real estate,
and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2001 with a
Computer Science degree.

“First I would like to note that I am the seller's son who was given POA by my mother to help her sell her home. We actually were referred to Jay from a friend due to our dissatisfaction with our initial realtor (from another company) who we felt was not giving any attention to selling our home. We initially put our home on the market in May 2014 (where we were initially given a lot of attention and assurance for the plan to aggressively sell our home). From May to November 2014 we only had a small number of showings. When we asked the realtor what further we should, we were never given a tangible plan and response. This is where Jay and his team came in. From the moment Jay assessed our home, he was very HONEST and straight forward on what needed to be done to sell the home. His recommendations were within reason and not extravagant where the expense was held to the least amount as possible. His initial enthusiasm and commitment followed thru to the end of the process.
